Nikos Aliagas, Stéphane Bern, Mika: stars in distress … no plane!

An erupting volcano and the whole aviation system is broken. If the consequences affect the average person, they also affect people on the planet.

 

The stars can certainly weigh heavily at the box office, or in the ratings charts, but against nature, they are definitely not the weight. At a time when planes are stranded on the ground because of an Icelandic volcano, which decided to spit out the ashes for several days, a lot of people had to give, like any quidam, they move to a later date. Concerts, shows, performances diverse and varied, over a star could not provide the show’s ballot.

 

Nikos Aliagas and Jean-Paul Gaultier blocked in Athens

Many personalities were displaced and the French Film Festival in Athens, including Nikos Aliagas, Jane Birkin, Jean-Paul Gaultier and Stephane Bern. The Festival was held in wonder as the Greek sun and it falls well since representatives of French people on the planet are forced to take advantage of the Hellenic Capital a little longer. Airport closed, planes grounded, no private jet available in short, fortunately the Festival was held in Athens and not to Maubeuge …

 

No Mika concert in Lisbon

Along the same lines, currently in full tour for the release of her second album, Mika had to cancel his planned concert in Lisbon on Friday night. On Twitter, he reassured his fans by announcing that the show was finally postponed to May 11, having “tried everything: private planes, trains, bus, ferry.” After the scramble, the singer and his team were able to rent cars to ensure the concert in Barcelona on Sunday.
